Requirements for English

AJA has been covered by 11 important international indexing systems, including BIOSIS, CAB Abstracts, CAB Health, Chemical Abstracts, Current Contents/Clinical Medicine, EMBASE, Index Medicus, MEDLINE, PASCAL, Research Alert, and SCI Expanded. The Impact Factor of AJA is 1.064, which ranks third among the 5 international andrological journals as indicated by the Journal of Citation Reports (JCR), Institute for Scientific Information, USA. The detailed information is available at the website: www.AsiaAndro.com. With this background the Journal requests a high level of authentic English.
For submitted manuscripts, even though the scientific originality may be good, it may be rejected by the referees because of the language problem. Thus we suggest for authors without superior English knowledge invite a medical or scientific person with excellent knowledge of English to revise the manuscript. If it is difficult for the authors to locate a qualified professional, we recommend the following professors, who agree to correct and improve the English language at certain cost. We are only responsible for recommendation and please contact any one of them directly, preferably by email (
我国作者最好同时寄去中、英文稿,以便对方准确修改).
(1) Professor Charles SC Qian, Shanghai International Studies University (1/25 Fa Hua Zhen Road, Room 601, Shanghai 200052, China. E-mail: scqian@sh163.net),
(2)Professor James JX Qu, Cultural Interpretation Services, Canada (509 Evergreen Forest Boulevard, Avenel, NJ 7001, USA. E-mail: jamesqu_98@yahoo.com ),
(3)Professor NQ Lv, National Journal of Andrology ( 305 East Zhong Shan Road, Nanjing 210002, China. E-mail: editor@Immunochemist.com ).
It does not mean that the manuscript will be necessarily accepted after revision by these professors. They only correct the English. It is the referees and the Editor-in-Chief, who will decide the outcome of the manuscripts.
