  2. Evaluation and establishment of the determination of the acrosome reaction by correlation in IVF (including the statistics). Evaluation of the assay has been performed by use of the internationally approved criterion of fertilization in vitro.

  3. Optimization, evaluation and establishment of a gelatinolysis method for determination of acrosin activity in human sperm by correlation in IVF (including the statistics). Evaluation of the assay has been performed by use of the internationally approved criterion of fertilization in vitro.

  4. Evaluation and establishment of the determination of reactive oxygen species (including the statistics).

  5. Establishment of the hemizona assay at the Department of Dermatology and Andrology at the Justus Liebig University of Giessen
