Improvement of the andrological diagnosis in the following fields Evaluation and establishment of the determination of the acrosome reaction by correlation in IVF (including the statistics). Evaluation of the assay has been performed by use of the internationally approved criterion of fertilization in vitro. Optimization, evaluation and establishment of a gelatinolysis method for determination of acrosin activity in human sperm by correlation in IVF (including the statistics).
