(1) The molecular mechanisms of drug resistance in cancer cells, especially on the modulation of mitochondria and molecular signal transduction pathway by hypoxia;
(2) The molecular pharmacological mechanisms of novel anticancer drug candidates;
(3) Develop/research new cancer cell lines and new models for drug screening.
