Group Registration
All group registrations (minimum 10 participants) for 3APFA 2009 must be submitted by using the respective group registration form.

Registration will not be processed until the completed Group Registration Form and the full payment is received!

If you have already registered for the Conference as a group, you may still add additional members to your group. Please e-mail 3APFA with the subject heading: [3APFA] Group Registration Addition. In the body of the e-mail, please include:

1. Your Affiliation/Company (as entered during group registration)

2. Name of the Primary Group Contact

3. Names of the additional members of the group
