All above registration fee depends on the fluctuation of RMB (renminbi) currency. Please consider RMB as the best payment currency. If you would like to pay in USD, the exchange rate will be measured at the same day when you paid by bank or by bank draft. For example, RMB 4500 is equal to USD 658.376 (if the exchange rate is 6.835).

Official Invitation and Visa
If you need an individual invitation to the 3APFA, please click the ?Invitation Request? button when you go through 3APFA online registration. An official invitation letter will be issued to those who have completed the registration. However, this invitation implies no obligation, financial or otherwise, by the Forum. The 3APFA is not able to contact embassies or consulates on behalf of any individual wishing to enter China to attend the 3APFA in Nanjing. The invitation letter is for each petitioner?s individual use only and is nontransferable. The organizers will not issue blanket, group or family letters, or letters for individuals under the age of 18. With the invitation letter, you can go to the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply for entry visa(s). To allow ample time for a successful visa application, you are kindly requested to complete the final Registration before the deadline (September 30, 2009). If any problem arises, please contact the Secretariat of the Forum for assistance.

Insurance
The local Organizing Committee will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the congress of during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance.

Climate
Nanjing has a temperate climate under the influence of East Asia Monsoon. Seasons are distinct in Nanjing, with usually hot summers and plenty of rainfall throughout the year. Nanjing?s average annual temperature is 15 degrees Celsius (59 Fahrenheit) and the annual average rainfall is 1106 mm. October is the best month to visit Nanjing. Travelers can beat the summer heat, avoid the cold of winter, and stay dry from the spring showers. People are often seen wearing jeans, shirts, light pullovers and carrying jackets.

Currency Exchange
In China, only RMB is used. However, exchange centers can be found at airports, most www.asiaandro.com/3APFA hotels and large shopping centers. When exchanging money, please keep your receipt by which you can change any remaining RMB back to foreign currency when leaving China. Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and other credit cards are accepted in many department stores and hotels. But it might be difficult to draw cash with credit cards. The Bank of China and most hotels can cash travelers cheques issued by any foreign bank or financial institution. Participants will need to show a passport and pay a 0.75 percent commission. Travelers cheque signed over to a third party cannot be cashed in China, but can be presented for collection through the Bank of China.

Electricity
Standard voltage in Nanjing is 220 volts.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
