雄性激素剥夺疗法对性功能的影响

研究表明，许多接受雄性激素剥夺疗法(ADT)治疗的前列腺癌患者都很年轻，而且期望保持性活跃。ADT对性功能有一定副作用，而这些副作用可能导致这些患者的整体生活质量严重下降。因此，为这类患者提供适当的治疗方法尤为必要。但是，治疗此类患者存在一定困难，对性生理和病理生理内在机制的充分了解是为患者提供最佳治疗的关键。本文回顾了动物模型中ADT疗法对性功能的影响，并详细阐述了ADT疗法对人类性健康的影响和相关治疗方法。
