前列腺癌发病风险和侵袭性与CYP1B1基因4326C/G (Leu432Val)多态性的相关性:一项2788个病例和2968个对照的meta分析

为探讨细胞色素P450 1B1 (CYP1B1)基因 4326C/G 多态与前列腺癌(PCa)发病风险及侵袭性的关系,我们检索PubMed后,对全部7个已发表的相关研究进行了meta分析(共含2788个Pca病例和2968个对照)。在总体分析中,我们未发现CYP1B1 4326C/G多态和PCa发病风险显著相关。但经分层分析后,我们发现4326G等位基因型在亚洲人群中显著增加了PCa的发病风险(OR= 1.52, 95% CI: 1.20-1.92),其中杂合子比较GC vs. CC(OR= 1.40, 95% CI: 1.03-1.89)、纯合子比较GG vs. CC(OR= 2.38, 95% CI: 1.31-4.33)、优势遗传模型比较(GC+GG)vs. CC (OR= 1.52, 95% CI: 1.14-2.01);我们也发现4326G等位基因型与非遗传性PCa的发病率增加密切相关(OR= 1.13, 95% CI: 1.04-1.24),其中杂合子比较GC vs. CC(OR= 1.16, 95% CI: 1.02-1.33)、纯合子比较GG vs. CC(OR= 1.24, 95% CI: 1.03-1.49)、优势遗传模型比较(GC+GG)vs. CC(OR= 1.19, 95% CI: 1.05-1.34)。此外,在总体分析及所有亚组分析中,我们均未见4326C/G多态性与PCa侵袭性有任何显著联系。综上所述,通过meta分析我们发现CYP1B1 4326G等位基因在亚洲人群中显著增加了PCa的发病风险,并和非遗传性PCa的发病率增加密切相关。
