Abstract |
Mounting evidence is highlighting the role of the ETS factor SPDEF as a prostate tumor suppressor. In a recent paper by Pal et al., SPDEF was found to transcriptionally control the expression of E-Cadherin, an adhesion molecule with a crucial role in preventing metastatic spread.
