Abstract

男性生殖干细胞的可塑性及其在生殖医
学与再生医学中的应用
精原干细胞即雄性生殖干细胞,是A型精原细胞的
亚型细胞,它们既可以自我更新维持自身稳态,又可以
分化形成精子细胞。传统观点认为,精原干细胞为只能
定向分化为精子的单潜能干细胞。但是,最近国际同行
和我们的研究表明,精原干细胞具有多能性,它们既能经过添加生长因子体外培养生成多能型的类胚胎样干细
胞,又能够直接转分化为其他胚层的组织细胞。另外,
我们将隐睾患者的精原干细胞体外诱导分化为具有受精
和发育能力的精子细胞。因此,精原干细胞在生殖医学
和再生医学领域具有重要的应用前景。我们在本文综
述了精原干细胞的多能性研究进展,着重讨论其自我更
新、分化、去分化、转分化的潜能和转化医学研究。
