大鼠精索静脉曲张对Leydig细胞中睾酮、细胞凋亡和StAR mRNA的影响

本研究的目的是探讨精索静脉曲张对大鼠睾丸Leydig 细胞形态及功能的影响。将40 只SD 雄性大鼠分成两组:实验组接受部分结扎左肾静脉手术造成左侧精索静脉曲张(VC),对照组进行同样的操作但不结扎左肾静脉。术后4周和8周,用放射免疫法测定血清及睾丸内睾酮水平,并测定睾丸Leydig 细胞凋亡水平及StAR mRNA 表达水平。术后4周和8周时,实验组与对照组大鼠血清睾酮水平均有所下降,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05 )。但是, 术后8周实验组大鼠睪丸内睾酮水平明显下降,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01 )。术后4周和8周实验组Leydig 细胞凋亡指数高于对照组(P<0.01 ),且实验组细胞内StAR mRNA 表达水平低于对照组(P<0.01 )。本研究提示精索静脉曲张通过上调细胞凋亡及抑制StAR mRNA 的表达损伤Leydig 细胞功能。
