真空勃起泵在动物模型上的阴茎康复治疗与抗凋亡机制有关

我们先前的研究表明在双侧海绵体神经损伤(BCNC)引起的勃起功能障碍的大鼠模型中,真空勃起泵(VED)能改善勃起功能。本研究的目的是检测它对抗BCNC损伤引起的阴茎短缩的效果并且通过分析阴茎海绵体中血氧饱和度(SO2)来探讨它的可能治疗机制。30只SD大鼠随机分配成三组:组1:空白手术组;组2:BCNC;和组3:BCNC+VED治疗组。每周测量阴茎的长度和直径。四周后,采用不同的方法对阴茎采血,并通过血气分析仪进行血气分析。方法1,在阴茎疲软状态下采血;方法2,在阴茎牵拉状态下采血;方法3,在应用VED后立即采血。结果显示VED治疗能有效地阻止BCNC损伤引起的阴茎短缩(阴茎长度短缩:BCNC组,1.9±1.1 mm;VED组,0.3±1.0 mm;P<0.01。阴茎直径减少:BCNC组,0.28±0.14 mm;VED组,0.04±0.14 mm;P<0.01.)。与疲软状态(76.53%±4.16%)或牵拉状态相比(78.93%±2.56%),VED的应用能改善阴茎海绵体中SO2值(88.25%±4.94%,P<0.05)。计算结果显示在应用VED后大鼠阴茎海绵体中动脉血和静脉血分别占62%和38%。这些发现提示VED治疗ED和保护阴茎大小的机制可能是通过增加阴茎海绵体中的SO2以对抗凋亡。
