70W和120W 2 微米激光汽化切除良性前列腺增生的体外对比研究

当前的研究目的是比较70W 和120W 2 微米激光治疗良性前列腺增生的汽化切除速度和组织损伤的深度。新鲜的前列腺标本来自5例需接受开放性前列腺切除术的患者。根据激光的输出功率,实验分为二组(70W 和120W )。激光对前列腺组织的汽化切除速度,凝固层和坏死层深度被测定。结果表明70W 和120W 前列腺组织的汽化切除速度分别为5.21±0.66 g/5 min 和10.39±1.15 g/5 min ,两组间有统计学差异(P=0.000 )。然而,凝固层和坏死层深度没有差异,70W 和120W 组凝固层/坏死层深度分别为0.98±0.13/0.30±0.09 mm 和0.99±0.12/0.31±0.08 mm 。本实验证实70W 和120W 2 微米激光治疗良性前列腺增生均有浅的组织损伤,120W 2 微米激光比70W 汽化切除前列腺的速度更快。
