大鼠孕期外源性邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和己烯雌酚暴露会改变子代雄性大鼠间质细胞发育

孕期外源性雌激素和邻苯二甲酸酯类暴露会致使雄性早期生殖发育畸形,从而导致男性睾丸源性生殖障碍综合征的出现。然而,对于受孕初期和哺乳期暴露是否会影响子代间质细胞表型还不清楚。本文检测了SD大鼠孕期和哺乳期邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和己烯雌酚短期暴露后,其雄性子代出生后的一些睾丸参数。在整个研究过程中,子代保持了良好的健康状态。母鼠给予外源性物质后,其子代的间质细胞的特定基因表达发生了改变。尤其是在青春期的中期,这些化合物致使血清中INSL3的浓度迅速达到峰值。这一效果部分是由于两种外源性物质对青春期大鼠睾丸间质细胞分化有特定的作用。总之,以上这些实验结果表明孕期某些外源性物质暴露能够影响成年型间质细胞群体的发育,这可能是通过影响睾丸间质干细胞群实现的。
