单侧梗阻性肾病小鼠大转子区松质骨损伤

我们之前应用单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)小鼠模型,研究过了发生梗阻性肾病时,小鼠骨组织的早期分子响应。本实验中,我们进一步阐明UUO小鼠股骨大转子区、近端与远端干骺端松质骨特性的改变。雄性小鼠经UUO(n = 10)或假手术(n = 10)处理,术后7天,处死小鼠。使用微焦点定量CT技术对UUO小鼠股骨不同部位松质骨进行检测,发现大转子区松质骨的骨量与微结构有病理改变,主要是骨密度/骨体积降低(P < 0.05),骨小梁数目减少(P < 0.05),骨小梁间隙增加(P < 0.01),骨表面积/骨体积增加(P < 0.05)。本研究表明UUO诱导的单侧梗阻性肾病对股骨大转子的松质骨有明显的破坏作用。
