《亚洲男性学杂志》 2015; 17 (3): 347-354

精原干细胞即雄性生殖系干细胞,它既具有自我更
新能力又能分化产生单倍体细胞。技术的改进,尤其是
移植实验和体外培养系统,大大扩展了我们对精原干细
胞自我更新和分化的理解。近年来,一些对于精原干细
胞自我更新和分化至关重要的分子陆续被发现,但是其
调控精原干细胞自我更新和分化的机制尚不明确。本文
在简要介绍精原干细胞的基础上, 对调控精原干细胞自
我更新和分化的内源性和外源性因子的研究进展进行综
述。
