高剂量膳食锌促进肿瘤诱导大鼠模型前列腺上皮内瘤生成

为了评价高剂量膳食锌在前列腺恶性肿瘤形成中的作用,本研究将60只SD大鼠随机分成四组:组一用致癌物和激素诱导肿瘤生成;组二口服锌制剂,不诱导肿瘤生成;组三口服锌制剂并诱导肿瘤生成;组四为对照组,既不服用锌制剂也不诱导肿瘤生成。组二和组三口服溶于饮用水的七水硫酸锌溶液连续20周。虽然第10周时测得各组大鼠的血清锌水平维持相似(P = 0.082),但是前列腺中锌的浓度有显著差异。组一前列腺中锌含量最低,在背侧叶和腹侧叶水平分别为36.3 μg g-1和4.8 μg g-1,组三中分别上升到59.3 μg g-1和12.1 μg g-1,接近于组四中的含量(54.5 ± 14.6 μg g-1和14.1 ± 2.4 μg g-1)。组三大鼠不仅锌浓度上升幅度大,前列腺上皮内瘤的发生率(背侧叶53.3%和腹侧叶46.7%)和组一相比(背侧叶33.3%和腹侧叶33.3%)也上升。对照组大鼠无前列腺上皮内瘤形成,但是组二因服用锌制剂而诱导形成前列腺上皮内瘤(背侧叶46.7%和腹侧叶40.0%)。因此,在前列腺肿瘤诱导的大鼠模型中,高剂量膳食锌会导致前列腺锌浓度升高,诱导前列腺上皮内瘤生成。
