【特刊综述】哺乳动物精子领航的行为机制

在哺乳动物中,精子在输卵管中的领航系统对于精子能否
成功抵达卵细胞似乎至关重要。到目前为止,一共有三种可能的
精子领航机制被人们鉴别出来了,包括有趋温性、趋流性和趋化
性,它们分别是受到温度梯度、液流和化学引诱物梯度的刺激产
生的。在本文中,我们综述了在这些机制引导下的精子的行为表
现,以及指出它们之间的异同点。
