过氧化物酶体增殖物受体g(PPARg)是PPAR家族的一员,PPAR是类固醇受体超级家族的转录因子。PPARg是调节能量代谢平衡的重要分子,可调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴,且又被HPG反向调节。在人类,PPARg蛋白在射出的精子中高表达,提示PPARg信号在调节精子能量消耗过程中的可能作用。PPARg也在睾丸支持细胞和生殖细胞(精母细胞)中有表达。PPARg的活性在精子获能和顶体反应中能被诱导。本文将综述PPARg信号如何影响受精能力和精子质量及其在它们出现问题时潜在的可逆性。
