【特刊综述】亚临床精索静脉曲张症状的超声评估精索静脉曲张是常见的不育因素，影响了大约五分之一的男性。当静脉回流感触不到且只能通过超声检查时，精索静脉曲张被定义为亚临床型。精索静脉曲张对男性不育症的影响，及其伴随的疼痛，已经得到彻底的研究。慢性阴囊痛是一件令人烦恼的问题，病人和医师对此很沮丧。尽管缺乏可靠的医学依据，但可以选择保守且更低创的治疗方法治疗亚临床精索静脉曲张病人。关键词：亚临床；精索静脉曲张；阴囊痛
