小鼠全身热接触引起附睾尾部精子细胞膜改变

本文探讨了全身热接触小鼠附睾尾部中精子的变化。将C57BL/6小鼠(n = 7)饲养于37℃–38℃下,每天8小时,连续三天,对照组小鼠(n = 7)饲养于23℃–24℃下。在末次热疗后第16小时从小鼠附睾尾部获取精子。结果显示两组精子数相似(P = 0.23),但实验组经热疗后运动精子百分数显著降低(P < 0.0001)。用Annexin V-PE染色检测精子细胞膜的变化,发现磷脂酰丝氨酸有从精子质膜内侧向外侧的外化表现,7-氨基放线菌素D(7-ADD)在质膜被破坏时则粘着在精核上。比较热疗组和对照组小鼠的对Annexin V–PE染色和/或7-AAD呈阳性的精子百分比,结果显示小鼠全身热接触于37℃–38℃会引起附睾精子细胞膜的改变,从而可能会导致精子凋亡。
