睾酮通过抑制NF-κB减弱TNF-α对内皮细胞组织因子途径抑制物的下调

本文研究了目前还存在争议的单侧睾丸扭转后对侧睾丸的血流改变情况。本研究将28只新西兰雄性家兔随机分为5组,A组(n = 8)为对照组,单侧睾丸行假手术而不进行睾丸扭转。B、C、D组(n = 5)均进行单侧睾丸扭转,并分别于3小时、6小时、24小时后对扭转睾丸进行复位。E组(n =5)进行单侧睾丸持续扭转。于扭转前(手术前)、扭转后(手术后)即刻、复位前、复位后即刻和复位后延迟期(B-D组为复位后6-12小时)或者于相似的时间(E组于扭转后15-21小时),用超声造影对对侧睾丸的灌注进行观察。通过超声造影的时间-强度曲线分析到达时间、达峰时间、峰值强度和峰值降半时间等参数。结果显示单侧睾丸扭转后对侧睾丸的灌注立即增加(P < 0.05),并且对侧睾丸的灌注随着扭转时间的延长而增加。本研究结果表明超声造影对评价家兔单侧睾丸扭转后对侧睾丸灌注很有价值。
