【综述】 附睾中依赖液泡质子泵ATPase的管腔酸性的调控

附睾管腔内酸化是调控男性生育的重要过程。低pH值和低碳酸氢根浓度是保持精子在附睾中成熟和储存时处于休眠状态的主要因素。虽然碳酸氢根的重吸收是通过附睾近端的主细胞完成的,但是亮细胞和窄细胞是专门的质子分泌网络。亮细胞在细胞膜顶端区域高水平的表达液泡质子泵ATPase(V-ATPase)来负责质子分泌。本文描述了亮细胞中V-ATPase的选择性调控并讨论了一些V-ATPase亚型的突变体可能与一些潜在的病理相关联。
