【论著】去势或5α-还原酶抑制剂后雄性大鼠血管内皮超微结构改变的研究

目的:研究低雄性激素水平对雄性大鼠血管内皮超微结构改变的影响。方法:将48只雄性SD大鼠随机分成四组:A组为正常大鼠作为对照组,B组为雄性大鼠去势组,C组为去势后用十一酸睾酮(T)替代治疗大鼠组,D组为正常大鼠用5α-还原酶抑制剂治疗组,每组均为12只大鼠。10周后用放射免疫法测定血清睾酮,游离睾酮(Free Testosterone,FT)和双氢睾酮(Dihydrotestosterone, DHT)水平,用扫描电镜观察大鼠腹主动脉内皮的超微结构并给予血管内皮结构评分(VESS)。结果:B组的血清睾酮和游离睾酮的水平与A、C、D组相比较有显著地降低(P<0.01);D组的双氢睾酮水平与A组和C组比较显著地降低(P<0.01);在雄性激素缺乏的B组和D组的主动脉内皮超微结构损害明显,内皮损伤程度评分最高。结论:雄性大鼠睾酮和双氢睾酮缺乏会导致血管内皮结构的破坏。
