      Inviting Co-organizers

Two corporations will be invited to be the co-organizers, expectantly one domestic and one oversea corporation. The benefits for the co-organizers are as follows:  

1. The names of the co-organizers will appear at striking places in the venue, as well as at the television, newspaper, broadcast, brochure, gift bag, admission ticket, etc. 

2. The co-organizers and their products/technologies will be specifically reported in at least 10 leading media with special interviews with the general managers of the corporations.

3. A special article of the cooperation will be inserted into the Brochure and the Proceedings of the Forum.

4. The general manager will be invited to co-chair one of the Plenary Meetings and to present a special talk of 2-3-minute to introduce the company and the products.

5 The general manager will be invited to meet and have photos with the leading group of the Forum and the preeminent scientists.

6. A special Symposium will be organized for the corporation with speakers suggested by the company. The company will assign a Chairperson and a couple of papers to be presented at the Symposium.  

7. An advertisement will be inserted at the back of the Admission Ticket.

8. Two advertisement positions will be provided at the principal Assembly Hall for each co-organizer.

9. Two company scientists/staff will be invited by the Conference with the travel and local costs covered.

10. The names of the Sponsors will appear in the media for acknowledgement.

11. The details of the collaboration may be further adjusted according to the need of the corporation.

     Inviting Special Sponsors

Five corporations will be invited to be the Special Sponsors of the Forum. The benefits for the Special Sponsors are as follows:

1. An article advertising the corporation will be inserted in each of the following media: People’s Daily Overseas Edition, People’s Daily Market Edition, Economic Daily, Science and Technology Daily, China Business, etc.

2. A special article about the corporation and its products will be inserted into the Brochure or the Proceedings of the Forum.

3. Exhibition Booths at striking places of the Exhibition Hall will be arranged according to the intent of the corporation.

4. Two advertisement positions will be provided for each corporation at the principal Assembly Hall.

5. The general manager will be invited to attend the Symposium related to the products of the corporation.

6. The general manager will be invited to meet and have photos with the leading group of the Forum and the preeminent scientists.

7. Two company scientists/staff will be invited by the Conference with the travel and local costs covered.

8. The names of the Sponsors will appear in the media for acknowledgement.

9. The details of the collaboration may be further adjusted according to the need of the corporation.

Ten corporations will be invited to be the General Sponsors of the Forum. The benefits for the General Sponsors are as follows:

1. A colored advertisement will be inserted in the Brochure or the Proceeding of the Forum.

2. A 1/4 page advertisement for the corporation/products will be inserted in the People’s Daily Overseas Edition or People’s Daily Market Edition.

3. An advertisement position will be provided at the principal Assembly Hall.

4. An Exhibition Booth will be provided.

5. The names of the Sponsors will appear in the media for acknowledgement.

6. The details of the collaboration may be further adjusted according to the need of the corporation.
