Conference registration will take place in the Lobby of the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Centre International Hotel. Desks will be open from 09:30 to 20:00 on October 17 (Thursday). 

For early planning purposes, all delegates who wish to participate in the Conference are requested to fill out the REGISTRATION FORM included in this brochure and return it to the Secretariatof APFA no later than July 20, 2002.

Full payment of the above registration fee entitles:

Credit Card: Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master, American Express), but there will be a 4% service charge calculated on the total amount paid (obligation by the Bank of China).

Fees will be refunded with a deduction of 25% if cancellation is received before July 20, 2002. After this date, no refund will be made.
