Notes:

1. Reservation form for hotel accommodation must be sent to the Secretariat before July 20, 2002, in order to enjoy the special rate. Please use the Hotel Reservation Form attached. 
2. Payment should be made to the hotels directly when you arrive in Shanghai.
3. The rates quoted above are special discount rates only for the Conference. They include 10% service charges, US$ 1.5 city construction fees per day and breakfast for one person. Extras such as IDD and DDD calls, laundry, minibars, etc. are not included.
4. The Secretariat will not be responsible for room sharing arrangement.  
5. The Secretariat will make reservations according to the check-in and check-out dates indicated on your Hotel Reservation Form. If you want to change your travel schedule, please inform the Secretariat in time.

9. For the first day of the pre-congress tours, the price only includes transportation fee to the hotel and the room fee.
